Kombucha is no longer the niche beverage found in hipster cafes, restaurants and at street food festivals; it can now be found on tap and in bottles in pubs, restaurants and mainstream supermarkets throughout the US, Canada and Australia.

Kombucha is a sweetened fermented tea with a range of health benefits. The demand for Kombucha is growing in the UK and there is great potential for the Scottish beverage industry to invest in this unique and flavoursome beverage.
