“We have enjoyed a productive and fruitful relationship with Lidl for over a decade, and are delighted to be their champion haggis producer for celebrating the Bard’s birthday again this year. Our treasured 100 year old recipe is fairly unique, using purely pork meat for a more succulent texture and rich flavour, then adding Scottish oats and flavour enhancing spices, provides the perfect combination for the nation’s most symbolic dish”.
