Call for tender for the provision of End-to-end Event Management Services for Showcasing Scotland.
The scope of services includes:
- Event Planning & Development
- Management of Venues & Catering
- Distribution of Marketing & Communications
- Delegate Management
- Event Delivery & Onsite Services
- Reporting & Evaluation
The contract shall start on 18th August for a period of 7 months.
The call for tender is open to companies in the relevant area of expertise in Scotland and is scheduled to be released on 26th July.
