Iain has been monitoring and analysing the beef, lamb and pork markets since joining QMS in 2010. The role promotes market transparency across the red meat supply chain, reporting on changes in livestock prices and volumes to international trade and retail data, and includes generating new information from surveys of the red meat processing sector.
