Over two days, local buyers and retailers will gain first hand insights into producers’ businesses, learn about their history and sustainable practices, and see how their exceptional produce is made, grown, or crafted. Day 1 will be held at Clava Mains with a tour to producers around the area East of Loch Ness.
Day 2 will be held at the Inverness Botanic Gardens, with a tour around the West of Loch Ness. Both days end with a networking lunch that showcases the local producers and provides an informal space to build business-to-business connections, and celebrate the regions remarkable culinary offerings.
