A strategy for Scotland’s food and drink industry
This strategy lays the foundations for sustainable growth and increased demand from 2026–2030.
Our ambition is for Scotland to be the best place in the world to own, run and work in a food and drink business, and to be a global leader in sustainable production and responsible growth, where resilient businesses across the supply chain can thrive.
'Sustaining Scotland, Supplying the World' is a collaborative strategy shaped by the expertise of the Scotland Food & Drink Partnership, Scottish Government and more than 150 businesses.
