For over 67 years, Fife Creamery, a family-owned and operated business, has been leading the Scottish wholesale food sector with innovation and inspiration. They are constantly monitoring the needs of their customers to identify even the smallest improvements they can make for their customers to enhance their service.
As part of this ongoing commitment to local and Scottish sourcing, they are looking for expressions of interest from suppliers who can meet the following brief:
Key Details:
- Category: chilled & frozen; some ambient may be considered
- Product alignment: chilled & frozen categories -foodservice and retail product suppliers, producers, and manufacturers
- Innovation and quality: innovative and high-quality products. Differentiation is a preference but also relevant suppliers who dovetail with the business’ existing range
- Trend-forward products: suppliers offering products that align with current food trends
- Scalability & reliable supply chains: suppliers who can scale their operations to meet growing demand and robust supply chains to ensure consistent product availability
- Sustainability: preference is for suppliers who can match Fife Creamery’s own commitment sustainable practices
- Strong Partnerships: Fife Creamery has a strong reputation for collaborative partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit
- Accreditation: SALSA minimum

Complete this form by 5pm, Friday 29th November 2024.
Expressions of interest will be reviewed by the Fife Creamery team and you will be contacted by 11th December if they would like to progress.
Relevant suppliers may also be invited to attend an innovation event at Fife Creamery’s premises in early Spring 2025.
