This April, Glasgow Chamber of Commerce are taking a business delegation to New York as part of Tartan Week 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with key partners, expand your international network, and explore trade and investment opportunities.

Glasgow Chamber are currently liaising with a number of key partners in Scotland and in New York and will be finalising the full programme shortly. Glasgow Chamber will be taking a business delegation alongside the Scottish Chambers visit this year. There are likely to be a number of sector meetings relating to tech, finance, and maritime as well as networking events with other US Chambers of Commerce and their members and senior business representatives, global Scots and alumni from the universities.
As a participant, you will be invited to take part in the Tartan Day Parade itself as part of the official Scottish delegation on Saturday 5 April.
Glasgow Chamber will be staying in midtown to be near most of the Tartan Week events. They aim to be in New York for Tuesday 1 April until Saturday 5 April but there will be flexibility built into the programme. There will also be the opportunity to bolt on two days in Washington DC for additional meetings with the US Chamber of Commerce.
Glasgow Chamber expect there to be a high level of demand for this trade trip and spaces are limited, so your place will be guaranteed on a first come first serve basis and on receipt of a non-refundable booking fee of £500.
There will be an in person pre visit briefing with the business representative of the Tartan Week Organising Committee, Lolita Jackson, at Glasgow Chamber of Commerce between 4.00 pm - 6.00 pm on Wednesday 11 March. All of the Chamber delegation will be invited to attend this session with Lolita to run through the programme and meet each other before the trip, and to maximise facilitated networking and business development opportunities.
