Launching in 2025, Eolas will host an exclusive Supper Club Dinner series. This bi-monthly event will feature a meticulously crafted four-course menu, designed by Head Chef Craig Jackson, perfectly paired with exceptional wines. Each evening will be hosted by esteemed wine importers and distributors, including Wine Importers, De Burgh Wines, and Liberty Wines.
Awarded ‘Best Boutique Hotel Restaurant’ in the UK in 2022 and recently shortlisted for ‘Scotland’s Best Restaurant’ by The Scotsman and ‘Excellence in Food & Drink Produce’ by the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Star Awards, Eolas showcases menus carefully crafted by Head Chef Craig Jackson, a Master Chef of Great Britain.
Eolas offers a diverse selection of menus, each celebrating the rich flavours of Scottish cuisine. From indulgent Sunday lunches to an exquisite tasting menu, Eolas invites guests to savour classic dishes celebrated by the finest local ingredients from venison wellington to tender Scotch beef.

Current offering at Eolas
- November Dinner Menu: Enjoy two courses for £39.50 or three courses for £47.50.
- November Tasting Menu: A curating tasting experience for £75 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional £50.
- Sunday Lunch: Choose tow courses for £28 or three for £34, with an optional wine flight for £35 per person.
- Supper Club Dinners: A four-course dining experience with paired wines from different wine importers and distributors for £85 per person, available on 24 January, 21 March and 23 May 2025. Reservations for the Supper Club Dinners can be made via OpenTable.
Eolas also caters for large groups with an exclusive four-course menu featuring dishes like trout roulade, venison Wellington, and toffee apple, complemented by three selected glasses of wine, for £80 per person. This offer is available Monday to Thursday for groups of 30 or more, and Friday to Sunday for a minimum of 50 guests, up to a maximum of 60. Tailored to suit larger gatherings, this menu is an ideal choice for corporate events, special occasions or offsite meetings.
