Eusebi Deli brings an Italian summer to Glasgow’s West End with new menu

As Scotland is bathed in summer sunshine, Glasgow’s iconic Italian eatery Eusebi Deli is welcoming the season with a new menu inspired by the fresh bounty of summer for an experience that evokes an evening under the Mediterranean sun.

New dishes celebrate local produce and fresh-caught seafood, utilising top quality Scottish larder alongside Italian tradition to create a blend of dishes representative of the Scottish Italian community itself. Among these new additions are unique small plates such as tuna & watermelon crostini and chilli-cured trout with fennel seed, tarragon and citrus.

An array of mains ranging from decadent risotto bianco with Isle of Bute lamb ragu to the fresh lemon ricotta agnolotti with pea puree, fresh peas and butter sauce provide for all palettes and dietary restrictions, with a dedicated vegan menu available on request. Light and refreshing sides of primavera panzanella, or a ‘healing salad’ with apple, dill, and buttercup lettuce create a perfect pairing to a hearty meal.

A full menu of spritzes to enjoy on the spacious patio under the sun creates the perfect summer evening. Alongside the Italian summer classic Aperol Spritz, the signature Eusebi Spritz – with cucielo bianco, the botanist gin, blood orange syrup and elderflower tonic – and a citrusy Limoncello Fizz – with limoncello, the botanist gin, prosecco DOC, Soda, and lemon.
