On 17 March, we will be hosting a Scotland Takeover, alongside Quality Meat Scotland and Seafood Scotland, at the Chef HQ stand in the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering (HRC) event, also taking place at ExCeL, London.
The takeover will see a day dedicated to Scottish produce with a networking breakfast, selection of chef demonstrations, and an afternoon social event.
