At Blackthorn Salt, we make the best salt we possibly can in the best way that we can in terms of taste, method and ethos.
Blackthorn has the industry's seal of approval: awarded the rare 3 Great Taste Stars (and The Golden Fork for Scotland) last year, it is called out on several Michelin Menus and used by some of the most revered manufacturers in the country.
The taste is incredible, distinctive and does the job of salt exceptionally well without overpowering. Because of our unique, slow methods, the crystals are packed with 6x more mineral content including calcium (sweetness), magnesium, potassium (sourness and bitterness), sodium saltiness and, fundamentally, earthy tannins (savoury) from the Blackthorn branches. Blackthorn has distinctive elements that draw out each of the 5 basic tastes, providing a phenomenal character.
Our method is astonishing: we use the world's only working Thorn Tower! Stacked with bundles of blackthorn spines, it helps evaporate our only ingredient -West Coast Seawater. Our coastal winds and sun achieve more than 90% of our evaporation needs.

Provenance and sustainability are key drivers, the seed is sourced within 20 miles of our factory in Aberdeenshire and we have a zero waste policy as all by-product is utilised either as fuel for biomass or to supply local farmers for livestock nutrition.

Honeyberries are a berry in their own right, a relative of the Honeysuckle. They are growing in the UK over 8 orchards.
In comparison to a blueberry, the honeyberry has 97% more antioxidants, 91% more anthocyanin, 76% more Polyphenols, 42% more vitamin C. They are a versatile product with an intense colour and flavour profile. These berries are not to be missed!

Based on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, Stag Bakeries is a family-run bakery with a heritage dating back to 1885. Stag specialises in producing premium bakery snack products such as savoury biscuits, puff-pastry cheese straws, traditional Scottish shortbread and oatcakes, and speciality fruit cakes. Stag’s signature product is the Stornoway Water Biscuit, a savoury cracker that is an accomplished accompaniment for all varieties of cheese and other toppings. The Drinks Bakery creates award winning savoury ‘Drinks Biscuits’ that are expertly flavour profiled to match great drinks such as craft beer, Champagne, fine wines and whisky, gin and cocktails.
Founded in 2017 by Andy Murray (not that one) who travelled Europe in a campervan with his foodie-obsessed family every summer as a child, eating in bars and brasseries and visiting amazing food markets which turned into his inspiration.
Aperitif with a little snack to match in his family was like their religion! Andy started baking at 10, was a decent cook by 14 and wine qualified by 19. He’s since owned restaurants, gastro pubs and a wine business and wondered why snacks weren’t keeping pace with the multitude of great craft drinks and cocktails, so he set about creating a range of premium snacks as a more thoughtful alternative to the usual crisps and nuts - so Drinks Biscuits were born!
Andy continues to eat and drink his way around the world, fuelling his desire to create a more thoughtful link between the worlds of craft, premium drinks and the common snack.

Our Little Smoothies combine our oat milk base with real fruit and veg into a healthy on-the-go snack for children, providing an alternative to yoghurts and sugary fruit pouches. We are listed in 150 Scotmid stores and nearly 100 independent stores including Selfridges, with additional distribution through wholesale, doorstep delivery, food service, and online platforms including Amazon.

Based on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, Stag Bakeries is a family-run bakery with a heritage dating back to 1885. Traditional recipes and time-honoured methods are still at the heart of each product their team of skilled craft bakers make. Stag specialises in producing premium bakery snack products such as savoury biscuits, puff-pastry cheese straws, traditional Scottish shortbread and oatcakes, and speciality fruit cakes. Each of these products are made using the finest ingredients and nothing is rushed in the baking process. The result is an award-winning range of products trusted on quality, authenticity, and provenance.
Stag’s signature product is the Stornoway Water Biscuit, a savoury cracker that is an accomplished accompaniment for all varieties of cheese and other toppings. Stag Bakeries products are currently stocked in over 1,000 retailers in the United Kingdom, and the company also exports with ten years of experience in supplying their products internationally.
Stag also has private label manufacturing capabilities and has been working with clients on a private label basis for over a decade. The bakery has a dedicated NPD team with many years of experience who are focused exclusively on the creation of innovative new bakery products.

All our oatcakes are hand baked, are suitable for vegetarians with may vegan accredited, are a source of; or high in fibre, and contain no artificial colours or flavours.
In our more traditional triangle shaped oatcake range, there are 4 varieties, including our bestselling coarse ground Orkney Thick and fine milled Orkney Thin; 3 varieties in our coarse ground round Mini’s and 2 in our new Orkney Heritage boxed oatcakes (baked using ancient grains with a more modern twist). The Drinks Bakery creates award winning savoury ‘Drinks Biscuits’ that are expertly flavour profiled to match great drinks such as craft beer, Champagne, fine wines and whisky, gin and cocktails.
Founded in 2017 by Andy Murray (not that one) who travelled Europe in a campervan with his foodie-obsessed family every summer as a child, eating in bars and brasseries and visiting amazing food markets which turned into his inspiration.
Aperitif with a little snack to match in his family was like their religion! Andy started baking at 10, was a decent cook by 14 and wine qualified by 19. He’s since owned restaurants, gastro pubs and a wine business and wondered why snacks weren’t keeping pace with the multitude of great craft drinks and cocktails, so he set about creating a range of premium snacks as a more thoughtful alternative to the usual crisps and nuts - so Drinks Biscuits were born!
Andy continues to eat and drink his way around the world, fuelling his desire to create a more thoughtful link between the worlds of craft, premium drinks and the common snack.

Our updated and rebranded range is now made with 100% gluten-free Scottish oats, and includes an all-rounder Barista Oat Milk for families, our everyday lower sugar Choccoriffic Oat Milk, and our new Professional Barista Oat Milk made for food service.
Our Little Smoothies combine our oat milk base with real fruit and veg into a healthy on-the-go snack for children, providing an alternative to yoghurts and sugary fruit pouches. We are listed in 150 Scotmid stores and nearly 100 independent stores including Selfridges, with additional distribution through wholesale, doorstep delivery, food service, and online platforms including Amazon.

Aldomak has been exporting for some time so is experienced in this area.
Our focus has been on sustainability since we moved to our new site, improving our efficiencies and processes to improve our carbon footprint as well as the performance of the factory building. Currently we have 70 solars panels on our roof and we plan to extend our array, we are removing oil boilers for induction, and have already installed LED throughout our factory, and have situated two bee hives on site.

PJ'S are the largest sandwich producer actually based in Scotland. The factory produces sandwiches and bakery lines 6 days a week. PJ'S supply all over Scotland and parts of Northern England. We have a large and diverse customer base supplying many sectors. Our customers include the NHS, Councils, Education, Contract Caterers, leisure and independent retail sites.
We have strong links to the community in North Glasgow, firstly as an employer and secondly by supporting various charities and local groups. FareShare and Peek to name but two. Honeyberries are a berry in their own right, a relative of the Honeysuckle. They are growing in the UK over 8 orchards.

Taste of Arran is a sales, marketing and distribution company for the main food and drink producers based on the beautiful Isle of Arran. Our product portfolio is varied and ranges from traditional dairy ice cream, through a variety of cheeses, oatcakes, jams, mustards, chutneys and handmade chocolates.
Taste of Arran promotes products from the Isle of Arran to retail and foodservice customers on the island as well as throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK.
Our products are all made on this one tiny island using as many natural ingredients as possible; the milk for our cheeses and ice cream is collected daily from the island’s last remaining dairy farm.

Based in the Highlands of Scotland, Walker's Shortbread is still baked as it has always been, using flour, pure creamery butter, sugar and salt. All butter, never any artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. We operate from one of Europe's most modern bakeries, where new technology and traditional methods dovetail to bake in small batches and ensure the classic flavour and reputation for which our products are renowned.

The brewery uses no additives or preservatives in their beers and, with their natural and sustainable methods, create alcohol free beers that are naturally vegan and low calorie. The alcohol free beers are available in both bottle and on draught for 2025.
Burnside now supplies 100+ local businesses, as well as both UK-wide and international distributors. Their alcohol free beers have recently been released in Scotmid stores across Scotland and in National Trust England venues. With a new, larger brewery under construction, Burnside is looking to expand further in 2025.

Dairy & Eggs
We are an artisan smokehouse specialising in the curing and smoking of trout and salmon. Our purpose-built facility is 30 miles south of Edinburgh on the A1, just outside the harbour town of Dunbar on Scotland's South-East Coast. Here we create and develop cures for customers using both hot and cold smoking techniques.
The Smokehouse was established in 1975 and was bought by the new owners in March 2021. We are delighted to have been able to retain key members of the production team allowing us to provide continuity of the amazing quality products that we supply and to keep their unique skills within the business.
Our current range encompasses both hot and cold smoked salmon, trout, seatrout, kippers, smoked haddock and some incredibly good smoked cheese. Though we are always looking for new and exciting cures and love experimenting with new products to smoke. Now in our 50th Year of trading we are looking at developing and growing our existing product ranges.
We are a dynamic and forward-looking company with extensive experience in both the foodservice and retail markets and we are looking forward to developing exciting new partnerships with customers across the UK.

Graham's is a family-owned business that produces and delivers milk and dairy products from 100 farming partners in Scotland.
Graham’s was founded in 1939 by Robert Graham in Bridge of Allan, Stirlingshire, where he reared 12 cows, milked them by hand then made all deliveries by horse and cart.

Yester Farm Dairies is run by husband and wife team Simon and Jackie McCreery, operating alongside the family farm at Yester Mains. Once milking is finished on the farm the milk can be piped straight from the milking parlour to our modern pasteurisation plant and cheese room on-site where we produce an artisan range of soft cheeses, cottage cheese, yogurts, creme fraiche, soured cream and fiore di latte mozzarella.
We hand-make everything on the farm ensuring the freshest possible product for our customers, keeping food miles low and offering full traceability.
Our cows enjoy time out at grass on the lush East Lothian pastures, they are also fed a nutritionally balanced diet which includes grass or silage, wheat and barley all harvested from our farm. The attention to our cows' nutrition together with the natural pasteurisation process leads to a top quality, really fresh, tasty product. “From farm to fridge” is not just a strapline for us, it is an important part of our ethos and identity.
We operate according to high environmental health standards and are an approved food business establishment licensed to process and sell soft cheeses and cultured creams. We are certified to the BRCGS START! standard.

bath in 1948. Four generations later, we are proud to continue his legacy with the same love and care (but using slightly more sophisticated equipment!). We only grow and pack the best tasting produce.
Bakkafrost Scotland strives to be the leading and most sustainable salmon producer in Scotland, living and working in the remote communities across the West Coast and Hebridean Islands.
We are an artisan smokehouse specialising in the curing and smoking of trout and salmon. Our purpose-built facility is 30 miles south of Edinburgh on the A1, just outside the harbour town of Dunbar on Scotland's South-East Coast. Here we create and develop cures for customers using both hot and cold smoking techniques.
The Smokehouse was established in 1975 and was bought by the new owners in March 2021. We are delighted to have been able to retain key members of the production team allowing us to provide continuity of the amazing quality products that we supply and to keep their unique skills within the business.
Our current range encompasses both hot and cold smoked salmon, trout, seatrout, kippers, smoked haddock and some incredibly good smoked cheese. Though we are always looking for new and exciting cures and love experimenting with new products to smoke. Now in our 50th Year of trading we are looking at developing and growing our existing product ranges.
We are a dynamic and forward-looking company with extensive experience in both the foodservice and retail markets and we are looking forward to developing exciting new partnerships with customers across the UK.

Honeyberries are a berry in their own right, a relative of the Honeysuckle. They are growing in the UK over 8 orchards.

Brownings are a 4th generation family owned retail and wholesale bakery dedicated to crafting top-tier morning goods, cakes, pies & savoury treats from a bakery and savoury factory in Kilmarnock. Our most famous product, The Kilmarnock Pie has won numerous awards

Our company was borne out of both survival and passion. Our founder's career in hospitality was significantly impacted by the pandemic, with his venues closed and income wiped out overnight. In trying to bring bar-grade cocktails to the mass market, Angels Dare was born: a phoenix from the ashes of a hospitality career.
We wanted to bring excitement to the market, and not simply another 'spirit and mixer' cocktail. Isle of Barra Distillers, established in 2017, is Scotland's most westerly distillery, located on the Isle of Barra in the Outer Hebrides. This family-run business, founded by Michael and Katie Morrison, captures the adventurous spirit of the island in its award-winning Barra Atlantic Gin. Distilled and bottled on-site, the gin features 17 botanicals, including carrageen seaweed foraged from local shores, imparting a distinctive maritime flavour.
In 2024, the distillery enhanced its production capabilities by installing an advanced bottling line, increasing efficiency to 1,500 bottles per hour. Looking ahead, Isle of Barra Distillers plans to construct a new £8 million whisky and gin distillery and visitor centre, aiming to produce 200,000 litres of pure alcohol annually.

North Uist Distillery is a B-Corp certified, carbon-neutral distillery based in the Outer Hebrides. Makers of the award-winning Downpour range of gins, NUD was recently named 'Scottish Gin Distillery of the Year' for the third year running, while our original Scottish Dry Gin was named 'Spirit of the Year' at the 2023 London Spirits Competition.
Established in 2017 by local couple Kate Macdonald and Jonny Ingledew, the company's mission is to put Uist on the spirits map, and to create premium quality drinks to make this happen. Our tag line ‘Island Life. Distilled’ encapsulates this mission and is the heart of our company brand. Everything we do is inspired by our island surroundings; both the people and the place and the deep connection we have to both. All operations are based in Uist and our small but mighty team is now twelve-strong.
Our focus to date has been on building a profitable gin brand and a solid foundation in anticipation of diversifying into whisky. At the end of 2024 - following a record breaking cask release - NUD started distilling and laying down 'field-to-bottle' whisky made with bere barley, an ancient grain grown traditionally in Uist.

We are a micro rum distillery in Dumfries and Galloway, making rum from scratch since 2019. Every step of the production process is carried out at our wee distillery in a converted dairy, from fermenting sugar cane, to double copper pot distilling our base rum, through spicing, ageing, bottling and labelling.
A team of just two, we are very much a premium boutique brand, with a range of white, spiced and aged rums produced in small batches.

Our company was borne out of both survival and passion. Our founder's career in hospitality was significantly impacted by the pandemic, with his venues closed and income wiped out overnight. In trying to bring bar-grade cocktails to the mass market, Angels Dare was born: a phoenix from the ashes of a hospitality career.
We wanted to bring excitement to the market, and not simply another 'spirit and mixer' cocktail. Isle of Barra Distillers, established in 2017, is Scotland's most westerly distillery, located on the Isle of Barra in the Outer Hebrides. This family-run business, founded by Michael and Katie Morrison, captures the adventurous spirit of the island in its award-winning Barra Atlantic Gin. Distilled and bottled on-site, the gin features 17 botanicals, including carrageen seaweed foraged from local shores, imparting a distinctive maritime flavour.
In 2024, the distillery enhanced its production capabilities by installing an advanced bottling line, increasing efficiency to 1,500 bottles per hour. Looking ahead, Isle of Barra Distillers plans to construct a new £8 million whisky and gin distillery and visitor centre, aiming to produce 200,000 litres of pure alcohol annually.
Committed to community development, the founders have established the Isle of Barra Whisky Distillers Foundation, pledging 1% of net profits to local initiatives and planning to build affordable homes for young families on the island.

We are an artisan smokehouse specialising in the curing and smoking of trout and salmon. Our purpose-built facility is 30 miles south of Edinburgh on the A1, just outside the harbour town of Dunbar on Scotland's South-East Coast. Here we create and develop cures for customers using both hot and cold smoking techniques.
The Smokehouse was established in 1975 and was bought by the new owners in March 2021. We are delighted to have been able to retain key members of the production team allowing us to provide continuity of the amazing quality products that we supply and to keep their unique skills within the business.
Our current range encompasses both hot and cold smoked salmon, trout, seatrout, kippers, smoked haddock and some incredibly good smoked cheese. Though we are always looking for new and exciting cures and love experimenting with new products to smoke. Now in our 50th Year of trading we are looking at developing and growing our existing product ranges.
We are a dynamic and forward-looking company with extensive experience in both the foodservice and retail markets and we are looking forward to developing exciting new partnerships with customers across the UK.

We are a food service butcher based just south of The Pentland Hills in Midlothian, supplying professional chefs and kitchens throughout Scotland. We focus on tight product specifications and quality so that chefs and purchasing managers can consistently meet their GP requirements in a challenging environment.
Our management team has over a collective 100 years of experience in food service and our focus on customer experience is second to none. We are easy to do business with.
We have a robust supply chain the focuses on sourcing high quality beef, lamb, pork, poultry and venison.
Using 3 ranges of beef and lamb, we are able to offer customers savings on their baskets, whilst maintaining the highest quality.
Our facility is SALSA approved and we will have BRC approval by July 2025. We have a Himalayan "salt vault" dry ageing room and a fantastically equipped further processing area which can make "hand made at home" quality burgers and sausages.

Using 3 ranges of beef and lamb, we are able to offer customers savings on their baskets, whilst maintaining the highest quality.
Our facility is SALSA approved and we will have BRC approval by July 2025. We have a Himalayan "salt vault" dry ageing room and a fantastically equipped further processing area which can make "hand made at home" quality burgers and sausages.
Our pork, poultry, lamb and game is also sourced to the highest standards and comes with at least red tractor assurance if not higher.

The factory produces sandwiches and bakery lines 6 days a week . PJ'S supply all over Scotland and parts of Northern England. We have a large and diverse customer base supplying many sectors. Our customers include the NHS , Councils , Education , Contract Caterers , leisure and independent retail sites . We have strong links to the community in North Glasgow , firstly as an employer and secondly by supporting various charities and local groups .FareShare and Peek to name but two . As well as recruiting our staff from the local area we also link up with local universites to provide placements within our business . These placements have led to full time employment for the students . We have had students joining our business from all 3 of the Glasgow Universites .

We are an artisan smokehouse specialising in the curing and smoking of trout and salmon. Our purpose-built facility is 30 miles south of Edinburgh on the A1, just outside the harbour town of Dunbar on Scotland's South-East Coast. Here we create and develop cures for customers using both hot and cold smoking techniques.
The Smokehouse was established in 1975 and was bought by the new owners in March 2021. We are delighted to have been able to retain key members of the production team allowing us to provide continuity of the amazing quality products that we supply and to keep their unique skills within the business.
Our current range encompasses both hot and cold smoked salmon, trout, seatrout, kippers, smoked haddock and some incredibly good smoked cheese. Though we are always looking for new and exciting cures and love experimenting with new products to smoke. Now in our 50th Year of trading we are looking at developing and growing our existing product ranges.
We are a dynamic and forward-looking company with extensive experience in both the foodservice and retail markets and we are looking forward to developing exciting new partnerships with customers across the UK.

Burnside is an independent brewery in Aberdeenshire, brewing a range of beers with the finest ingredients and natural tastes. Run by husband and wife team, Steve and Margo, they brewed their first alcohol-free beer just before becoming parents in 2022, knowing they'd need to cut back with a baby to look after, and not wanting to miss out on delicious beer. Jump Ship Brewing was founded in 2019 by Sonja Mitchell out of a love of beer and a horror of hangovers. Frustrated by a lack of decent alcohol-free alternatives, she set off on a voyage of discovery to brew her own. She launched with her flagship beer, Yardarm in December 2019 which went on to win best in style at the World Beer Awards 2021.
Fast forward five years, and Jump Ship are now a team of six, with production overseen by Head Brewer Peter Sharp. You will find our beers at top locations including Gleneagles Townhouse, Selfridges and the two Michelin star Lalique restaurant. After a target busting crowdfunding raise in 2023, Jump Ship Brewing opened the doors of Scotland’s first specialist alcohol-free brewery in January 2024. We brew our beers to be as inclusive as possible, so not only are they less than 0.5% ABV, they are also gluten-free and vegan.
And we want to do great things as well as brew great beers. We brew on 100% renewable energy, all of our brewing bi-products - from spent grain to effluent - are reused on the farm or local area, and donate 10% of profits to charity.

We grew up as a water cooler business supplying bottled water to our water cooler customers and contract filling for other water cooler companies. We are still active in this.

Isle of Barra Distillers, established in 2017, is Scotland's most westerly distillery, located on the Isle of Barra in the Outer Hebrides. This family-run business, founded by Michael and Katie Morrison, captures the adventurous spirit of the island in its award-winning Barra Atlantic Gin. Distilled and bottled on-site, the gin features 17 botanicals, including carrageen seaweed foraged from local shores, imparting a distinctive maritime flavor. In 2024, the distillery enhanced its production capabilities by installing an advanced bottling line, increasing efficiency to 1,500 bottles per hour. Looking ahead, Isle of Barra Distillers plans to construct a new £8 million whisky and gin distillery and visitor center, aiming to produce 200,000 liters of pure alcohol annually. Isle of Barra Distillers, established in 2017, is Scotland's most westerly distillery, located on the Isle of Barra in the Outer Hebrides. This family-run business, founded by Michael and Katie Morrison, captures the adventurous spirit of the island in its award-winning Barra Atlantic Gin. Distilled and bottled on-site, the gin features 17 botanicals, including carrageen seaweed foraged from local shores, imparting a distinctive maritime flavor. In 2024, the distillery enhanced its production capabilities by installing an advanced bottling line, increasing efficiency to 1,500 bottles per hour. Looking ahead, Isle of Barra Distillers plans to construct a new £8 million whisky and gin distillery and visitor center, aiming to produce 200,000 liters of pure alcohol annually. Committed to community development, the founders have established the Isle of Barra Whisky Distillers Foundation, pledging 1% of net profits to local initiatives and planning to build affordable homes for young families on the island.

RAER Based at Jackton Distillery is a family-owned, independent scotch whisky producer located in Scotland’s Lowlands. By malting, brewing, and distilling on-site, we maintain complete control over every step of production, ensuring quality and authenticity in every drop.

By growing our own barley and managing resources carefully, we reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, supporting the long-term health of the land we call home.
Jackton Distillery is more than a place of production—it's a destination where guests can experience the heart of whisky-making through guided tours, tastings, and events. Our on-site accommodations, with 12 comfortable units, allow visitors to fully immerse themselves in the distillery experience. As a family-owned business, we prioritize creating a welcoming, personalized atmosphere where tradition and innovation work hand in hand to deliver a memorable connection to Scotland’s whisky heritage.

Established in 2011. A family owned and run business that started life many years ago in the kitchen of Euan and Fiona MacEachern in Luss, on the shores of Loch Lomond. Now producing a number of multi award winning beers in cask, keg and can and selling throughout Scotland, the rest of the UK and overseas into N America, Europe, The Middle East and Asia.
A range of beer styles from our UK Champion pale ale Southern Summit through to our multiple Champion Beer of Scotland, Silkie Stout and everything in between.
We have also just commenced distilling scotch whisky under our Levenbank Brand and produce gin, rum and rtds also.

We are a multi faceted drinks, cocktail & events company, providing delicious libations for all events and occasions. We produce bespoke liquids such as Ready to Drink (RTD) cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, and syrups.

Founded in 2014, The Port of Leith Distillery and Lind & Lime gin is based in Edinburgh’s historic whisky district of Leith, where we source and create delicious, beautiful and sustainable products that tell stories about where we’re from.
With over 1000 private investors around the world, Muckle Brig is powered by passion. It started with a dream to build a new whisky distillery in Scotland’s capital city. It grew with a global gin brand, Lind & Lime Gin and it continues today with an ever burgeoning range of remarkable wines and spirits.
Established in 2022 by Kerry & Derek Campbell, we’re Scotland's most northerly mainland whisky distillery, located in John O'Groats. With a name inspired by local legends, our distillery draws inspiration from this as we blend tradition & innovation to create our Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
While the primary focus is on crafting our Single Malt, we've got plenty keeping us busy while we wait! We established a beautiful visitor centre featuring a café, whisky lounge, and offer distillery tours and experiences. We won Tourism Destination of the Year 2023 at the Scottish Whisky Awards.
We’ve created two product ranges to sell while we wait for our whisky to mature:
"Seven Sons" is the name of our independent whisky bottling range, which includes our signature Blended Scotch, Blended Malt, and Single Malt options.
"Five Ways" is our award-winning blended liqueur made with scotch whisky, orange, ginger, honey and spice. It won Artisan Product of the Year in October 2024 at the Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Awards.
We are exporting both these product ranges to Japan, Singapore and Germany.
