Appetite for Angus

Established in early 2020, Appetite for Angus exists to promote, celebrate, and support the local food and drink industry. The steering group is made up of people working right at the heart of the Angus food and drink scene, bringing practical know-how and genuine passion for regional produce and hospitality to everything it does.

Appetite for Angus focuses on real collaboration across the sector, connecting businesses and putting local provenance front and centre. Alongside smaller projects throughout the year, Appetite for Angus organises key events like the annual Taste of Angus Festival and Smokie Fest, and acts as custodian for local trails, including The Angus Berry Trail, The Arbroath Smokie Trail, and the Angus Spirit Trail.
