Arran's Food Journey

Arran’s Food Journey is a celebration of all things food and drink from Scotland’s Food Isle. Arran’s food and drink producers have come together to improve the way they work, and the experience offered to visitors and community. Together, the group tells Arran’s food story from historical tales of farming, illicit stills and whisky smugglers to the modern-day production of Arran Ice Cream, Arran Cheese, and artisan bakers.  

The group is also currently working on the annual Festival of Food and Drink, a 10-day festival celebrating the amazing food and drink of the island, an Arran Food and Drink Passport, and a social campaign ‘From Source to Served’, which taps into the journey of some local produce we have.
