Eat SW Scotland was founded in October 2020. The group aims to identify and promote new opportunities for food and drink businesses in Dumfries and Galloway through a variety of activities.

As well as supporting businesses with start-up, innovation and growth advice, the group also provides education, skills and training, and increases collaboration between organisations and businesses within the region. The group works with local food and drink businesses, including farmers, across the local area.
