Cail Bruich's Chef Executive Lorna McNee will be joined by Orry Shand for a one-night-only, four-hands dinner.
The evening brings together two standout talents from the BBC's Great British Menu.
Lorna McNee, who won the competition in 2019 and returned as a judge in 2025, will cook alongside 2026 finalist Orry Shand, to create a collaborative menu showcasing bold flavours and dishes inspired by their time on the show.
Commenting on his collaboration with Lorna McNee, Orry Shand said:
“I’m really looking forward to joining Lorna and her team for this exclusive dining experience at Cail Bruich in Glasgow.
“Having just appeared on Great British Menu and having previously worked with Lorna at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie, it made perfect sense to bring our culinary styles together. We will be creating a collaborative menu showcasing bold flavours and dishes inspired by our time on the show.
“This dinner is also a chance to share a glimpse of my style and what’s to come at my own restaurant, Falls by Orry Shand, which will open its doors this July.”
Starting at 7pm, the dinner will begin with Champagne and canapés, followed by a six-course tasting menu designed by both chefs, with paired wines curated by Restaurant Manager Rhianne Stevenson.
Tickets are £300 per person, inclusive of the full menu and wine pairings. Reservations can be made online HERE.
2026 is set to be an even bigger year for Orry. Scotland’s former National Chef of the Year is also gearing up to open his first independent restaurant in Royal Deeside this summer.
Orry is taking over the former Falls of Feugh restaurant, near Banchory. Inspired by its dramatic riverside location, the restaurant has now been renamed and will now be known as Falls by Orry Shand.
Orry added:
“We’re another step closer to opening the doors to the restaurant this summer, as work on the venue continues to progress.
“Rooted in Royal Deeside, Falls by Orry Shand will celebrate local produce and the region’s distinctive character. A set multi course tasting menu of up to 12 to 15 servings will blend Scottish ingredients with Nordic inspiration and classic French cooking techniques."
Falls by Orry Shand is located at Bridge of Feugh, near Banchory, which is around 20 miles from Aberdeen.
The restaurant will be open for dinner four nights per week from Wednesday to Saturday from Wednesday 15th July 2026.
