Jackton Distillery has announced a lively programme of events for June, bringing together weekly live music, the return of its much-loved craft market, and a Father’s Day tasting weekend as the lightest nights arrive in South Lanarkshire.
Across the month, visitors can enjoy Jackton Sessions every Friday, browse handmade gifts from local makers at The Jackton Craft Market on Saturday 13 June, and raise a glass to dads with special Father’s Day Tastings across Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June. Tours will also run throughout the month, with the distillery bar open late for cocktails and refreshments during key events.
A major focus for June is The Jackton Craft Market, returning on Saturday 13 June. Free to attend and open to all ages, the market will once again bring together a handpicked line-up of artists, potters, makers and bakers at the distillery. With Father’s Day just around the corner, the event offers visitors the chance to pick up unique, artisan and handmade gifts, while enjoying tours and a relaxed day at Jackton.
Running alongside the market and weekend activity is Jackton Sessions, a live music series taking place every Friday in June, with the distillery open late until 11pm. Each week carries its own flavour, with country on Friday 5 June, bluegrass on Friday 12 June, folk-roots on Friday 19 June, and Americana on Friday 26 June.
The month also includes Father’s Day Tastings on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June, designed as a warm and easy-going way for families to celebrate together. Tours will run throughout the weekend, including on Father’s Day Sunday itself, and Jackton will also be offering a special gift incentive for the occasion. From 25 May, Father’s Day gift vouchers will be available both online and in the distillery shop, with every voucher including a free ‘RAER DAD’ Glencairn tasting glass.
Jaynie Kean, Managing Director of Jackton Distillery, said:
“June is one of those months that really suits Jackton. The nights are lighter, the place has a buzz about it, and there is plenty going on for people to enjoy. Whether you come along for live music, a wander round the market, or a dram with your dad, we wanted to create a month that feels welcoming, relaxed and full of reasons to visit.”
Founded by the Kean family, Jackton Distillery has built a growing reputation for its tours, seasonal events and community-led experiences, alongside its RAER portfolio of spirits. The family-run Lowland distillery continues to develop its programme of on-site events as it builds towards the release of its first single malt later in 2026.
