The Opportunity
Elior is dedicated to driving innovation, enhancing provenance and creating long-term sustainable growth through supply chain partnerships. To this end, the business is seeking progressive and innovative Scottish suppliers to partner during the next phase of its growth.
Working in collaboration with Scotland Food & Drink, Elior will host a Dragons Den Meet the Chef/Buyer where pre-selected Scottish producers will have the opportunity to pitch to a panel of key decision makers from across the business.
This opportunity is open to all Scottish food and drink producers with ambition to supply Elior in Scotland and the scale to grow.
Supply Criteria

- Suppliers must be accredited with SALSA, BRC or an equivalent technical standard
- Products must be fit for purpose in a foodservice application
- Suppliers must be able to deliver stock direct or to a central distribution point in Scotland managed by Elior’s route to market partner - Bidfood
- Suppliers must sign up to Elior's Responsible Sourcing Charter
