Hawksmoor is widely regarded as one of the UK's finest restaurant operators, renowned for its dry-aged steaks, award winning cocktails and conscientious approach to sourcing ingredients. Their menus revolve around the best ingredients they can find- whether it be beef, sustainable seafood, great British cheeses or drinks.  

The Opportunity 

The business is seeking the opportunity to explore new Scottish suppliers to potentially partner with in their current UK venues.  

Working in collaboration with Scotland Food & Drink, Hawksmoor will host a "Meet the Buyer in Edinburgh on April 9th", where pre-selected Scottish producers will have the opportunity to pitch to a panel of key decision makers from across the business. 

This exciting opportunity is open to qualifying Scottish food and drink businesses with ambition to supply a premium on-trade UK operator. 

Supply Criteria 

 

Hawksmoor are specifically interest in:

  • Drinks: Spirits - (Whisky, Rum, Liqueurs, Innovation spirits – (No Gin)
  • Dairy: (Milk, Cream & Butter)
  • Meat: (Beef, & Venison)
  • Shellfish: (Crab, Langoustines, Lobster & Scallops)

 

All suppliers must be SALSA accredited as a minimum.
