The Opportunity
The business is seeking the opportunity to explore new Scottish suppliers to potentially partner with in their current UK venues.
Working in collaboration with Scotland Food & Drink, Hawksmoor will host a "Meet the Buyer in Edinburgh on April 9th", where pre-selected Scottish producers will have the opportunity to pitch to a panel of key decision makers from across the business.
This exciting opportunity is open to qualifying Scottish food and drink businesses with ambition to supply a premium on-trade UK operator.
Supply Criteria
Hawksmoor are specifically interested in:
- Drinks: Spirits - (Whisky, Rum, Liqueurs, Innovation spirits – (No Gin)
- Dairy: (Milk, Cream & Butter)
- Meat: (Beef, & Venison)
- Shellfish: (Crab, Langoustines, Lobster & Scallops)
All suppliers must be SALSA accredited as a minimum.
