Scotland Food & Drink and The Knowledge Bank invite Scottish organic producers to join us in London for a fully facilitated, insight-led learning journey, supported by Lumina Intelligence.
Held as part of the Scottish Organic Action Plan 2026 - 2029, the learning journey is designed to provide a deeper understanding of the London organic market, helping Scottish organic producers identify opportunities for growth.

What’s Included?
As an exciting opportunity to explore the growing demand for organic produce, the learning journey will boast a range of educational opportunities, including the latest data and consumer research. This fully-funded activity includes:
- A pre-trip webinar, setting the context for the London Organic Learning Journey, aligning participants on the key trends and confirming what to expect on the day.
- One full, facilitated day in London, focused learning through time in the organic sector.
- Visiting a range of outlets in London, covering a range of organic propositions and routes to market alongside insights and supported discussions at each outlet.
- Food and drink at visited operators, bringing insight to life through real-world examples.
- A structured debrief session, providing space to reflect on learning, discuss implications, and identify practical next steps for Scottish producers.
- Shared learning outputs in the form of a study guide, capturing key insights to support continued action beyond the journey
Travel and Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided for attendees on the evening of Monday, 14 September*, with activities taking place on Tuesday, 15 September.
There is also the opportunity to attend the Natural & Organic Food Show 2026 on Wednesday, 16 September, however, this is optional and an additional night's accommodation is not included. Please indicate whether you would like to attend on the application form.
Scotland Food & Drink members can claim up to £200 towards travel costs**, while non-members can claim up to £100.**

Criteria
This opportunity is open to Scottish food and drink businesses which currently hold organic certification.
Attendance is limited to one representative per business.

Additional Information
*Accommodation is for single night occupancy only on the evening of Monday, 14 September. Costs are not covered beyond the overnight stay included as part of this offer. Should attendees choose to remain in London to attend the Natural & Organic Show on Wednesday, 16 September, any additional accommodation or related expenses will be at their own expense.
**Travel costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of £100 for non-members and £200 for Scotland Food & Drink members, subject to submission of valid proof of purchase. Claims must relate directly to travel for attendance at this Learning Journey and must be submitted within 10 working days of the event. Scotland Food & Drink reserves the right to refuse any claim where receipts are not provided, are incomplete or illegible, are not VAT receipts where applicable, or where the travel claimed is not connected to this offer.
