Angus Alchemy is a distillery based in Carnoustie, Scotland, founded in 2021 and known for its handcrafted, small-batch spirits. Clubby brings authentic bar-quality cocktails to life, designed to taste as fresh as those made behind the bar. RAER Scotch Whisky is produced at Jackton Distillery, an independent, family-owned and female-led Lowland distillery dedicated to creating “grain-to-glass” Single Malt Scotch Whisky. By growing its own barley and carrying out malting, brewing and distilling on-site, the distillery maintains full control over quality while reducing its environmental impact. The beans are roasted in small batches by a master roaster using a traditional 50-year-old Probat roaster, favoured by artisan coffee producers worldwide. By roasting, blending and packing all coffees in-house—often within an hour of roasting—the company ensures exceptional freshness and allows the distinctive flavours and delicate notes of each bean to shine.

Little Birdie is an artisan coffee roasting company based in Perthshire. Producing a range of multi award-winning coffees, luxury hot chocolate and fine teas, it takes pride in a sustainable approach to producing exceptional quality products. All Little Birdie coffees are ethically sourced Arabica beans, roasted in small batches in their on-site roastery. Its ethically sourced teas, including luxury pyramid tea bags, are 100% plant based, plastic free and bio-degradable, while its coffee and hot chocolate are packed in recyclable packaging.

Shibui Tea is an Edinburgh-based fine tea merchant specialising in premium loose leaf teas, biodegradable tea bags and matcha. Ambient Grocery

Behind Baba’s Sauce is a proud family run business, built on heritage, hard work and a passion for great food. The much loved recipe was created in the late 1970s by Sunny’s late father in Dundee. It quickly became his signature sauce and went on to be used in all of his restaurants, loved by customers for its rich, distinctive flavour. Today, that same recipe lives on through Baba’s Sauce. Each batch is made using the freshest local produce and carefully blended in our small but mighty factory in Longforgan, just outside Dundee.

At Blackthorn Salt, the team aims to produce the best salt possible, with a focus on flavour, crystal quality, and sustainability while respecting the past, the future, and their local environment. It continually innovates to work as responsibly as possible and collaborate with councils, schools, and universities to inspire the next generation, all while staying dedicated to its craft. Blackthorn Salt is a small, family-run artisan business that takes great pride in the renowned, award-winning quality of its product.

Heather Hills Farm is a family-owned business based in Perthshire, producing Scottish honey for over 80 years and traditional preserves for more than 25 years. In spring, its bees produce blossom honey while pollinating soft fruit fields around Blairgowrie, before moving to the heather moors in summer to create its signature heather honey. Its heather comb honey was awarded the Great Taste “Golden Fork for Scotland” in 2022. Alongside honey, Heather Hills also produces a range of preserves made from whole fruit sourced from local farms, including raspberry, strawberry and blackcurrant, as well as a Scottish heather honey marmalade.

Mackintosh of Glendaveny is a family-owned Scottish producer of premium cold-pressed rapeseed oil, grown, pressed, and bottled on the Mackintosh family’s third-generation farm near Peterhead in Aberdeenshire. Established in 2009 by Gregor Mackintosh, the business was born from a graduate agricultural study and a passion for creating a healthier, high-quality oil with a short farm-to-fork journey.

Sephra Europe is a Kirkcaldy-based foodservice wholesaler of commercial equipment and high quality ingredients for dessert making, baking, ice cream and chocolatiers. Sephra also has a retail brand of popcorn snacks and home baking ingredients.

SHORE’s mission is to establish seaweed as a leading sustainable food of the future – one that is kind to the planet, beneficial for communities, and a unique source of plant-based nutrition for everyone to enjoy. The brand achieves this through innovative, plant-based snacks and foods designed for health-conscious consumers, vegans and food lovers who want nutritious options without compromising on taste.

Vanilla Labs is redefining vanilla as a flavour-led ingredient shaped by science, terroir, and precision curing. The company sources green vanilla from smallholder farmers across equatorial regions and cures it in Scotland using a proprietary, lab-driven process that precisely controls flavour development. Bakery

East Pizzas is an Edinburgh-based sourdough pizza company producing high-quality dough balls, pizza bases and topped pizzas for retail, foodservice and direct-to-consumer channels. Founded with a focus on craft, fermentation and ingredient quality, it specialises in long-fermented sourdough products made fresh in Scotland.

The Macleans Highland Bakery family business is located in Forres. The main Bakery is where a range of everyday bakery products are produced alongside the company's award winning shortbread and oatcakes, while a second unit is a 'free from' facility making 'free from' cookies.

Pars Foods Limited is a Glasgow-based wholesaler and manufacturer of baked and unbaked savoury pastries and pies. The company supplies bespoke products, both fresh and frozen, to the foodservice sector as well as retailers and wholesalers. Alongside finished products, Pars Foods produces individual components known as “Pie Bits” and a “Fill and Bake” range of pastry cases and puff pastry shapes, helping customers save time while creating their own freshly finished savoury products.

The Drinks Bakery creates award winning savoury 'drinks biscuits' that are expertly flavour profiled to match great drinks such as craft beer, fine wines, whisky and classic cocktails.

The Little Bakery is a family-run bakery known for producing a wide range of handcrafted pies, including its World Championship-winning Scotch Pie. The bakery makes around 20 different varieties, from traditional Scottish macaroni pies to a selection of steak and chicken pies. While it produces other baked goods, The Little Bakery's pies have become the standout favourite, earning a strong following at farmers’ markets and food festivals across Scotland.

A small family run bakery, it has now blossomed in to a business with over 90 employees, supplying pastry the length and breadth of the UK.

Dairy & Eggs

Fine Cheesemakers of Scotland is a collective of Scotland’s leading artisan cheesemakers, representing small, independent producers committed to traditional craft, high-quality milk, and strong provenance. The group brings together farmhouse and artisan cheesemakers from across Scotland, collectively showcasing the breadth and diversity of Scottish cheese – from raw and pasteurised milk cheeses to soft, hard, washed-rind and blue styles. Members work closely with their own herds or trusted local dairy farmers, prioritising animal welfare, environmental responsibility, and quality-led production over volume.

Mackie’s is the largest independently owned ice cream manufacturer in the UK and produces luxury ice cream at its fifth generation Aberdeenshire farm from ‘sky to scoop’, with wind and sun-powered renewable energy powering the dairy where it makes its ice cream using fresh milk and cream from its own herd.

Rora Dairy produces organic yoghurt and kefir on its family farm in Aberdeenshire, using milk from its own herd. The fruit yoghurts are made simply with natural, locally sourced fruit, with an impressive 15% fruit content to ensure a rich, authentic flavour without artificial flavourings. The range also includes a Greek-style yoghurt made with organic milk and live cultures, slowly strained for a thick, creamy texture – so good it was awarded 3 Stars at the Great Taste Awards.

Orkney Ice Cream is a premium artisan Scottish producer known for creating uniquely developed ice cream flavours. With a strong focus on sustainability and local sourcing, 80–90% of its ingredients are produced locally. The production site is powered by a biomass boiler, and all retail tubs are 100% recyclable, reflecting the company’s commitment to environmentally responsible practices.

The Edinburgh Butter Company is a family-owned producer of premium dairy products, crafted in small batches using traditional methods to maximise flavour. Specialising in cultured butter, the company creates rich, deeply flavoured butter that reflects the care, time and craftsmanship of traditional production. Supplying bakers, hotels, restaurants and independent retailers across the UK, the company enhances its salted butters with Blackthorn Salt to add depth and complement the natural richness of the butter.

Yester Farm Dairies is a family-run business led by Simon and Jackie McCreery alongside their farm at Yester Mains. Fresh milk is piped directly from the parlour to an on‑site pasteurisation plant and cheese room, where the team hand‑produce an artisan range including soft cheeses, cottage cheese, yogurt, crème fraîche, soured cream and Fior di Latte mozzarella. Working entirely on the farm keeps food miles low, guarantees freshness and ensures full traceability.

Fish, Salmon, Seafood

Founded in 1975, Belhaven Smokehouse is a renowned Scottish producer specialising in small-batch cured and smoked salmon, trout, and cheese. Based near Dunbar, south of Edinburgh, the company sources high-quality ingredients from RSPCA-accredited farms and continues to develop new smoked products using both hot and cold smoking methods.

Free From and Vegan

Brose was founded with the mission of using the world’s best oats – Scottish oats – to create exceptional oat milk. By working closely with Scottish farmers, the company can trace the gluten-free oats used in every batch back to the exact fields where they were grown. Alongside producing high-quality, nutritious products, Brose is committed to supporting local communities by creating jobs, offering training and work experience opportunities, championing Scottish farmers, and operating with environmentally sustainable practices.

Nakey Bakey is a multi-award-winning Scottish company based in Glenrothes, Fife, producing tasty, healthy foods in a dedicated allergen-free facility. All products are free from the top 14 allergens, including gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, egg and palm oil. Founded by Megan, who lives with endometriosis and a nut allergy, the company was created with the mission to provide nutritious, allergen-free foods that never compromise on taste. Nakey Bakey continues to expand its range with new flavours and innovative products, keeping its offering inclusive, fresh and full of flavour.

Three Robins is addressing a major gap in the market for genuinely healthy, low-sugar, nutritionally balanced plant-based products designed specifically for families. Despite innovation in the dairy alternatives aisles, the kids category remains packed with products that are high in sugar and full of artificial ingredients. As a result, parents are often left having to compromise between convenience, taste and nutrition.

Meat & Butchery

Charles Macleod Ltd is a wholesale and retail butcher based in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis. Using an original 80-year-old recipe, the company produces its legendary puddings, long regarded as a traditional crofting kitchen staple. Its award-winning Stornoway Black Pudding, White Pudding and Fruit Pudding are all cooked daily on the premises and shipped to customers across the UK.

The Macsween Allan Food Group (MAFG) is the newly created parent organisation formed through the acquisition and combination of Macsween of Edinburgh and Malcolm Allan Ltd, two long‑established Scottish meat producers with strong national reputations.

Other

Mr Singh’s India restaurant was established in 1994 and has been run by four generations of the Singh family for more than 30 years. The award-winning, world-famous restaurant is known for its unique fusion of Scottish and Indian culinary influences, most famously its haggis pakora. Building on this success, the brand now also offers ready meals, including Mr Singh’s Chicken Bhoona and South Indian Chilli.

Ochil Fudge supplies high-quality Scottish tablet and a wide range of fudge flavours to businesses across the UK, including retail, hospitality, distilleries and tourism sites. Each batch is handcrafted using traditional methods, with every pot beaten by hand to create an authentic homemade taste.
