Key Information
If you work in food safety, quality assurance, or technical management, the BRCGS Professional programme gives you the technical knowledge and practical understanding to become a leader in food safety.
By completing a training programme, you will learn how to manage risk, strengthen compliance, and set the standard for food safety at work.
Each course in the programme is designed by industry experts and aligned with global best practices, so you’re learning what top retailers and manufacturers look for in their supply chain.
Complete the programme and you will earn global recognition, connect with industry peers, and join a community shaping the future of product safety management.
The BRCGS Professional programme includes training across three core areas:
- BRCGS Standards
- Hazard & Risk Management
- Product Safety Management
Courses are led by a BRGCS-approved Principle Training Partner and hosted virtually, so you can train from anywhere. Depending on your chosen courses, you can complete the programme in around seven to 11 days in total, learning throughout 2026.
