The Highland Good Food Partnership, in collaboration with Visit Inverness Loch Ness and supported by Scotland Food & Drink funding, is proud to announce the launch of the Local Producers Food & Drink Trail Map for Inverness and Loch Ness.

This new map is designed to showcase the incredible food and drink being grown, crafted, and produced throughout the region. Whether you’re a visitor exploring the Highlands or a local buyer sourcing quality ingredients for your café, restaurant, or shop, this map is your go-to guide for connecting with local producers.

From honey and ice cream to coffee, berries, and craft beer, the trail highlights some of the area’s most celebrated names, including Loch Ness Honey Company, Loch Ness Ice Cream, Black Isle Brewery, Birchwood Croft, Balnain Blueberries, Inverness Coffee Roasting Co, Achpopuli Farm, South Clunes Farm, and Connage Highland Dairy.

“This trail is about celebrating the amazing food culture of the Highlands and making it easier for people to find and support local producers,” said Brenna Anderson, Project Officer at the Highland Good Food Partnership. “Buying locally not only supports our communities but also helps create a more sustainable and resilient food system.”

Visitors can browse producers, plan their trip, and discover where to buy local. Please note: not all producers are open to visitors, but the directory provides all the details on where and how to access their products.

The map is available now at: www.highlandgoodfood.scot/local-producers
