For the past eight years, Glasgow’s iconic Eusebi Deli has been serving modern authentic dishes, a bounty of quality products, and warm Italian hospitality to the West End. To celebrate the restaurant’s eighth birthday in its charming Park Road setting, owner Giovanna Eusebi is inviting her esteemed friends in the industry to join her team in Eusebi Deli’s kitchen for an evening ‘cooking with friends’.

Eusebi Deli will welcome executive chef Paul Tamburrini of Tamburrini & Wishart, the fine-dining restaurant at Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond for ‘An Evening with Paul’ on 21st August. Tamburrini will return to his hometown for one night only, collaborating with the Eusebi Deli team on a menu representative of their shared ethos of local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine.

Diners will experience chef Tamburrini’s expert cookery through a 6-course tasting menu, complete with paired wines, that features delicately crafted dishes celebrating Scottish land and sea alongside more exotic ingredients. The night begins with a bump of caviar and Franciacorta – then Orkney sea scallops are expertly paired with tozasu butter sauce, soywashed keta, while the main of roe deer from Burnside Farm is accompanied by girolles puree, crispy potato & caramelised shallot. The evening finishes with a tropical mango and passionfruit millefeuille, with caramelised white chocolate sourced from Glasgow’s very own Bare Bones Chocolate. Vegetarian options will also be available.

Customers can reserve their place to join An Evening with Paul on 21st August at 7pm exclusively through the booking link here: https://booking.resdiary.com/widget/Standard/EusebiRestaurantDeli/43566. The Tasting Menu with paired wines is priced at £135 per head.

Giovanna Eusebi, owner of Eusebi’s, said: “Please join us in giving Paul a warm welcome back to his home turf in Glasgow. I have long been a huge fan of Paul, and he is the most modest chef I know. The Eusebi team is delighted to have the pleasure of collaborating with Paul and his dedicated team for one night, and we cannot wait to see the excellent dishes they will have in store for us.

“Cooking with Friends’ will give us the opportunity to celebrate the fantastic bonds we have made over Eusebi Deli’s lifetime that have transformed Eusebi into what it is today. Hosting these valuable connections in the lead up to our anniversary allows us to celebrate not only Eusebi Deli’s anniversary  but the importance of these industry friendships.”
