Jackton Distillery is inviting its wider community to join them for a special Local Appreciation Weekend on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 March, bringing together exclusive tour offers, shop savings and a live music Hoedown to round off the celebrations.

The family-run Lowland distillery in South Lanarkshire will be offering a 2for1 Tour & Tasting experience to residents in postcodes G74, G75, G76 and G77, with tours running every hour from 11am to 4pm on both days. Designed to welcome neighbours through the doors and showcase the distilling process up close, the experience concludes with a guided tasting for guests aged 18 and over.

Throughout the weekend, visitors can also receive 15% off all retail products in the physical and online shop by subscribing to the distillery newsletter. The offer includes whisky, gin and gift boxes and runs from 00:01 on Friday until 23:59 on Saturday. Bar purchases and gift vouchers are excluded.

The weekend culminates on Saturday evening with Jackton Hoedown III, a live country music event at the distillery. Tickets are £10 per person and include a welcome cocktail on arrival, with a 4 for 3 ticket offer available while capacity lasts. With live music from 7–10pm and the bar open until 11pm, the Hoedown promises a lively close to the weekend.

Founded by the Kean family, Jackton Distillery produces its RAER portfolio of spirits, including the long-awaited single malt due for release in September 2026. In recent years, the distillery has become known for its intimate tours, seasonal events and growing programme of community-led experiences.

Jaynie Kean, Managing Director of Jackton Distillery, said:

“Local Appreciation Weekend is about inviting people in and showing them what we do. We’re proud of how the distillery has grown, and we want our neighbours to feel part of that journey. Whether it’s a tour, a gift for someone special, or joining us for the Hoedown, this weekend is a simple way of saying thank you and encouraging people to come back again.”

Tour spaces and Hoedown tickets are limited and can be booked via raer.co.uk/events
