New Trade Guide Showcases the Best of Outer Hebrides Food and Drink

Eat Drink Hebrides, the Food & Drink arm of Visit Outer Hebrides is delighted to this week launch Bùth Hebrides – The Trade Buyer’s Guide, a new publication (pdf) promoting the outstanding producers and products of the Outer Hebrides to new commercial markets.

Created for hospitality buyers, retailers and distributors, the guide profiles a diverse range of local businesses — from small-batch distillers and artisan bakers to seafood specialists and fine food producers, alongside key transport companies who make the supply of Outer Hebridean produce to the world possible — all are united by a commitment to quality, provenance and sustainability.
