Created for hospitality buyers, retailers and distributors, the guide profiles a diverse range of local businesses — from small-batch distillers and artisan bakers to seafood specialists and fine food producers, alongside key transport companies who make the supply of Outer Hebridean produce to the world possible — all are united by a commitment to quality, provenance and sustainability.
Julie Sloan, Project Manager at Eat Drink Hebrides, said:
“We’re delighted to launch this trade buyers’ guide, which highlights the incredible producers and robust supply chains across our islands. The Outer Hebrides has a wealth of food and drink talent, and this guide makes it easier than ever for trade buyers to connect directly with the people behind these exceptional products.”
Funded and delivered in partnership with Scotland Food & Drink.
Fiona Richmond, Head of Regional Food at Scotland Food & Drink, said: “We are pleased to support the launch of the new Bùth Hebrides trade buyer’s guide, which profiles the excellent larder of the Outer Hebrides.
