Scotland’s premier trade event for the food, drink, hospitality, tourism, and retail sectors, ScotHot, is set to introduce two major new highlights for 2025: the Buell Hospitality Advisory Hub, and an expanded emphasis on cutting-edge hospitality technology. These additions aim to provide industry professionals with expert guidance, innovative solutions, and the latest technological advancements to drive business success.

Buell Hospitality is Scotland’s leading network of service and supply companies dedicated to supporting hotels and the wider hospitality sector. Buell comprises 35 professional business partner companies and a highly experienced core advisory team, offering tailored support to SME and independent hospitality businesses.
