Accelerating Growth is aimed producers already trading with a multiple account, seeking to take their business to the next level and ultimately identify and unlock opportunities to increase their penetration and sales in UK markets.

What knowledge and skills will I gain from the programme?

Accelerating Growth will take your understanding of the wider market opportunities to the next level, allowing you to identify and consider growth opportunities both in existing and new markets.

You’ll receive expert-level intelligence of current retail and foodservice market dynamics and how to utilise research, data and insight to gain a deep understanding of new markets, and when to adapt your offering to suit a new market you plan to enter.

How to maximise supply chain efficiencies at a national level and a deep dive into the approaches to commercial management will allow you to develop a more strategic commercial relationship with customers and buyers. You’ll finish the programme with confidence about building your plans for growth outside your current core market.
