Seeding Growth is aimed at early-stage producers or individuals who are looking to grow beyond their local market. This programme focusses on how to build your brand and create a competitive business.

Seeding Growth will help you:

  • Build a realistic and actionable business plan
  • Understand how to interpret market data and insights in the retail and foodservice market
  • Identify and focus on key organisational priorities
  • Develop your brand proposition to stand out more in your market
  • Gain greater insight into business fundamentals and key business disciplines
  • Get first-hand insight into target customers and make connections to buyers in these organisations

Our personalised approach means you will be matched to an industry expert mentor best suited to your needs. Along with workshops, your mentor will work with you to develop a clear action plan for you to focus on with the tools and templates required to develop your business plan and identify areas that need focus.

Duration: 3 months

Programme Delivery: 6 modules of live, online, collaborative half-day workshops and one-to one support sessions

Seeding Growth will harness the power of collaborative group learning, allowing you to build a strong network of likeminded businesses, sharing experience and guidance whilst learning from our industry experts and gaining access to a suite of practical tools and templates. You will also benefit from flexible one-to-one support throughout the duration of the programme.

Business planning guidance, channel dynamics in retail and foodservice markets, customer research, supply chain strategies, marketing positioning, budgeting and effective selling techniques are just some of the skills you will come away with.
