We will be exhibiting at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair in London from 11th – 12th September.
We'll be joined by 8 Scottish producers where they'll have the opportunity to showcase their products and meet with influential buyers.
Belhaven Smokehouse - based in East Lothian, they use old artisanal curing and smoking techniques so customers can enjoy premium, smoked fish just the way our ancestors enjoyed it. Their cold smoked salmon & trout is dry cured for 24-48 hours using a varying mix of salt, sugar, spices and botanicals.
Isle of Mull Cheese - a resourceful, family-run dairy farm on the Isle of Mull — producing 100% sustainable energy to create award-winning cheese and spirit, all from their own cows' milk.
Island Bakery - based on the Hebridean Isle of Mull, they produce organic biscuits using only local renewable energy.
Backboath Scottish Honeyberries - The Scottish Honeyberry Growers is a cooperative of eight Scottish farmers who have come together to build knowledge and expertise around this new exciting berry.
Fine Cheesemakers of Scotland - a collaborative grouping of Scottish cheese businesses whose aim is to grow the market for the Scottish cheeseboard both in the UK and abroad. They'll be representing 13 cheese producers at Speciality & Fine Food Fair.
Outlaw Rum Co. - based in the foothills of the Cairngorms, two prestigious distilling histories come together. They produce premium Trinidadian rum, aged in Scottish whisky barrels.
North Uist Distillery Co. - a family run distillery in the Outer Hebrides who produce artisan spirits including the multi-award winning Downpour Gin range and soon to launch Nunton Whisky.
The Scottish Bee Company - create real and authentic Scottish produce including honey, dressings and vinegars with the knowledge that a sustainable relationship between food and the land has to be a reciprocal one.
