grains being grown and milled in Scotland, and the artisan bakers
who use it to bake nutritious, real bread for their communities. Working with a young Scottish filmmaker, a short video will be created to
demonstrate the skilled craftsmanship of the artisan bakers and the
flour they use, as well as highlighting the two main Scottish flour
mills in action
