East of Scotland Growers, a farmer-owned organisation based in Fife, is launching a new campaign to celebrate one of Scotland's versatile vegetables, the swede. 

Running for six-months, throughout 2025 and into 2026, the campaign is a collaboration led by East of Scotland Growers, and will deliver a series of partnerships with chefs, retailers and communities to raise awareness and sales of this precious root.
