Project Description

Huntly Hairst is a week-long celebration held each year in Huntly, Aberdeenshire. First established in 2012, the festival promotes and celebrates local food and drink produce, and took place on 6 September 2025.

New for 2025, the Huntly Hairst saw a 'collaboration' theme, where producers prepared meal plans and menus to guide visitors around market stalls, gathering fresh ingredients, listening to masterclasses and demonstrations.
