Lanarkshire Larder Regional Food Group was established in April 2021 and is made up of local food and drink producers, food retail and hospitality venues. We aim to heighten awareness of the breadth of our quality, local produce whilst making it more accessible to a wider public. As a network we work together to support and grow the local food and drink industry to ensure it impacts positively on the environment and sustainability. The fertile pastures covering much of Lanarkshire have helped produce some of the country’s best beef, venison, lamb, dairy and cured meats. Throughout the region there are entrepreneurial artisan producers, farm shops, cafes, breweries, distilleries, hospitality venues who are committed to using local produce.
